Establish a coordinated, cooperative, central information repository capable of integrating data in real-time to support effective planning, prevention, and interventions.

Incorporates information access from multiple database sources simultaneously into a "one-source reservoir."

Preparedness planning initiatives of the CYBERSHIELD program provide for national, state, regional, and local capabilities.
